Required Notice Contents

Your written notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material on our Site that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail (URL) for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant and may restore material in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users or clients who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
